Since settling down definitely in Mallorca, Spain, Josefina drops out taking photos in 1922.
However, this doesn´t mean that she moves away from cameras, since she goes back to professional photographers, as she did with her sister and friends during adolescence and youth.
Since 1926, she devotes herself to illuminate (colour) the copies enlarged by her husband Pepe from her original glass negatives dating from 20-25 years ago.
The photos in this stage, except for two or three portraits draught by her, belong to proffesional or unknown authors. Other group is composed by her relatives, where she appears with her grandchildren.
Yet her use of these photos is always related to her gaze, her questions (formulated through images instead of words) about her own identity.
Her existential way of understanding life.
